Over the years I have learnt first hand how mindfulness and self care transform difficult feelings like anxiety and sadness.
In addition to daily meditation I turn routine activities into mindful moments. Tea drinking has become a wonderful ritual for me, so simple and very relaxing. Tea can help us connect to ourselves and others, it can be very mindful.
As part of my own improved selfcare I have rediscovered creativity as a form of relaxation, enjoying working with different media.
