Winter Creative Wellbeing Workshop
February 2nd. £15 + fees
Rather than set and fail at New Years resolutions why not come along and lovingly set an intention. Once you have an intention set its good to create a visual reminder of what you wish to accomplish. These intention sticks are created by placing your intention on a piece of paper and wrapping wool , string or ribbon around the stick to cover your intention. You could also paint the intention directly on the stick. You then decorate your stick and make it personal to you. You can wrap embellishments around, tie feathers or sparkly bits anything you like.

Gather your friends for a morning of play. Focusing on the process and not the outcome have fun and relax . Many different workshops to choose from. Try Zendoodling, Positive Pebbles, make a finger labyrinth or an intention stick. Many more to choose from email for more details. You can hold these workshops in your own home or at my base in Worthing.
